You may have a question which others have had too in the past, so I have written them here. However if your not sure about anything feel free to contact me either by social media or by the contact page.
1. Do you do refunds?
I only given refund on paintings, signs or wellingtons I have made for generic sale. For all customised products once I receive confirmation you are happy with the painting, I do not give any refunds because it is customised.
I am always open to discuss any portrait and if I go ahead and I find I can not do it I will refund, this I the only time I refund.
2. How long does it take?
When an order occurs I will let you know the amount of time I estimate it will take to do. Usually it is between 2 weeks to one month, however I always try to do them as soon as the order comes in.
3. Can I order multiple orders at once?
Yes, that is no problem. I would contact you though to see how you would like them sent and this may change the price of delivery.
