Data

Your personal information

- I only collect personal information that I feel is necessary to process orders, and complete commissions as requested.

- Information collected is: Email, name and address.

– I will never pass on any information to a third party except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and if requested to do so by law (e.g. preventing fraud).

- All personal information will be destroyed within 3 months of the order being placed.

Guarantee, returns and refunds

I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase so, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason whatsoever, just get in touch and I’ll try to resolve it.
Once deposit is paid there is no refund available as it is captured to your individual wants. The only exception would be if the painting can not be completed for any reason from my end.
It can take 2 weeks to 1 month the process, however I will keep you updated as much as possible on the progress.
I only send by post with two opinions due to them being unique. Once I have posted it I will email to let you know it's on it's way.
With some items it depends on weight which is why the prices of postage change. For example the slates are heavier than a canvas.
Once completed and satisfied a photo will be taken to go on social media and/or website.
I own the rights to all images created.
A feedback slip and receipt of item will be sent out to yourselves. All feedback is very welcome and helps me to improve anything in the business.
I do add feedback to the website as well.
